1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Campsul.com (the "Site") and any content, features, tools, or services provided through it (collectively, the "Services"). The Site is owned and operated by ANALYTICSCITY CONSULTING INC. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian); and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Site.

3. Description of the Services

Campsul.com is a school ranking and information platform. Through the Site, you may:

• View rankings and comparisons of schools;
• View detail pages with information about specific schools;
• Access general information related to education institutions and their characteristics.

The Site is currently informational only. We do not provide user registration, login, or user accounts at this time. We may modify, expand, or restrict the Services at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. No professional advice

All information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. The Site does not provide educational, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Rankings, scores, and school information are not guarantees of quality, performance, or outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Site, including decisions about school choice. You should independently verify any information that is important to you, and consult appropriate professionals where necessary.

5. Information about schools and rankings

The Site displays information and rankings related to schools and educational institutions. This may include:

• School names, addresses, and contact details;
• Descriptions and attributes;
• Rankings, scores, and comparisons;
• Other related data derived from publicly available sources, third-party sources, or our own analysis and algorithms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not promise that any school information, ranking, or score is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or free from error.

Rankings are opinions, not facts

Our rankings and scores are based on criteria and methods that we design and control. They represent our interpretation and opinion of available data and do not claim to be definitive evaluations of any institution.

Changes and updates

Rankings and information may change over time as data is updated, methods are modified, or new information becomes available. We may add, modify, or remove schools or data at any time, without notice.

No endorsement or affiliation

The appearance of a school or institution on the Site does not mean that we endorse, sponsor, approve, or are affiliated with that institution, unless expressly stated. If you are a school or school representative and believe that information presented about your institution is inaccurate, misleading, or should be updated, you may contact us using the details in Section 18.

6. User content

At this time, the Site does not provide functionality for you to create user accounts, post public reviews, comments, uploads, or other user-generated content. If we introduce such features in the future, we may update these Terms to address ownership, licensing, and acceptable use of user content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by using viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• Use any automated system (including robots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers) to access, extract, or index the Site or its data, unless you have our prior written permission;

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not, without our prior written consent:

• Use our name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation;
• Collect, scrape, or harvest data from the Site for the purpose of building a competing service or database.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, and our use of cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics). By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to the way we handle personal information as described there.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites or services, nor any products, services, or information they provide. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and is subject to their terms and privacy policies, not these Terms.

11. Hosting, data storage, and international access

The Site and its data are hosted on servers provided by third-party hosting providers and may be physically located in different regions or countries. By using the Site, you understand and agree that information about your use of the Site may be stored and processed on servers outside your country; hosting locations and infrastructure may change over time at our discretion; and different countries may have different data protection and privacy laws. We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; warranties that the Site will operate uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components; and warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content, including school information and rankings. You use the Site at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any part of it, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Site.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ANALYTICSCITY CONSULTING INC., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site; any conduct or content of any third party on or linked to the Site; any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content of the Site, including school data or rankings; or any decisions or actions you take based on information obtained from the Site.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid to us in connection with your use of the Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) $50 if no such payments were made. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability for certain types of damages. In such cases, the above limitations may apply to you only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANALYTICSCITY CONSULTING INC. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any applicable law or rights of any third party. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with us.

15. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may, in our sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice; and update or revise these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also provide additional notice (e.g. on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If you are unsure what jurisdiction is appropriate, you should seek legal advice before publishing this section.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements.
