Transportation, Parking, and Getting Here

School transportation is administered by Lynch Bus Lines. Families are limited to two pickup/drop-off addresses (home and daycare), and the school notes that changing a child’s bus to visit a friend is not permitted for safety and operations reasons. If a student will not take the bus as planned, families are instructed to notify the school (604-295-4056) and the bus company (604-439-0842). The school also shares bus conduct and safety expectations such as staying seated with a seatbelt, following the driver’s directions, and waiting for the driver’s signal before crossing the street or parking lot.

Enrollment

Enrollment is completed online through MyEducation BC (https://myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do). The school directs families to complete and submit required registration documents (complete files only), and provides forms including francophone program membership, email consent, field trip/media consent, an online transportation form, and a form for new arrivals to Canada. The school also lists required supporting documents such as proof of citizenship/immigration status, a birth certificate copy, health record copies, proof of residence, and current-year report cards; transfer requests are to be handled by contacting the school.
