Transportation, Parking, and Getting Here

The district is exploring a potential before- and after-school bus transportation option for children who attend (or are on a waitlist for) licensed school-age care programs operated by non-profit partners on school grounds. In this model, families would drop children off at the school-age care site in the morning, students would be bussed to their catchment school, then bussed back to the care site after school for pick-up.

Enrollment

Bamfield Community School directs families to SD70 registration policies and forms and to use the School Catchment Locator. SD70 also accepts electronic registration packages (emailing completed forms and required documents to the school), and notes that registrations are not complete until all required documents are received. For kindergarten, families are asked to register at their neighbourhood catchment school and can submit forms by email (with supporting documents) or drop them off in person.
