French Immersion French Immersion offers students whose first language is not French the opportunity to complete the prescribed BC curriculum while learning French, with a focus on building strong communication skills in both English and French. Library The library program focuses on supporting literacy and a love of reading, and teaching information literacy so students can access, evaluate, and use information effectively and ethically. Lunch Program The school offers a District Lunch Program where families can purchase nutritionally balanced lunches at low cost on a monthly basis; families can contact the school office to participate. The school notes it does not guarantee a nut-free environment and there are no menu substitutions. Student support / special education Student Services include counselling (social, emotional, and academic support), ELL support, gifted programming, Learning Assistance (for mild to moderate learning difficulties), a Learning Resource Program (adaptations/modifications and instruction), and a Skill Development Program (including assessment, IEP development, programming/instruction, and resource development for low-incidence special needs).
