Library (literacy and information literacy) The school library’s goals include promoting literacy and a love of reading, and supporting information literacy so students learn to access, evaluate, and use information effectively and ethically. The library also offers resources such as an online catalogue, district electronic learning resources, and “Silvester’s Story Time” (a read-aloud program). Student support The school lists Counselling as a program/service area. Lunch program The school offers hot lunch through “The Lunch Lady,” delivered once a week on Tuesdays (order forms are sent home). The Glenayre PAC also organizes fun lunch days (e.g., hot dog, pizza, and sushi) twice a month on Thursdays, with registration/order through munchalunch.
