Afterschool programs Burnaby Parks & Recreation offers afterschool programs at Rosser, with registration through Burnaby Parks and Rec. Library / literacy resources The school promotes its library (including opportunities to donate to the Rosser Library) and the district describes K–12 school library programs that support literacy and independent learning. Student support / special education Burnaby School District Learning Support Services works with schools and families to create inclusive communities and provides services for students with exceptional learning needs (e.g., support with IEPs, school psychology, speech and language services, and supports for deaf/hard of hearing and visually impaired students).
