Athletics and extracurricular sports Outdoor education / experiential learning Outdoor Experiential Education (OEE) is part of the Grade 4–5 PYP program. Physical and Health Education in the MYP includes the school’s Outdoor Education programme.
Stratford Hall describes itself as an inclusive school community grounded in the IB Learner Profile and focused on developing global citizens. In the PYP, students are encouraged to be active learners who ask questions, take action, and make a difference in local and global communities. The athletics program emphasizes citizenship, sportsmanship, self-discipline, and respect for teammates, opponents, and referees.
Families apply by submitting an application form with a one-time, non-refundable application fee, then uploading required documents (such as a birth certificate and recent report cards). The process includes a parent interview (required for Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grades 6–11; Grades 2–5 interviews are arranged when space is available) and student assessment steps that vary by grade, including the SSAT and Character Skills Snapshot for Grades 6–11. Successful candidates receive an offer and must complete registration and pay registration fees to hold a space.
