Enrollment

ICS applications are submitted online, with required supporting documents uploaded in PDF format. Admissions follow CISVA priorities (including registered Catholics supporting Immaculate Conception Parish, Catholics from other parishes, siblings of non-Catholic ICS students, and others), and families must sign a document agreeing to support school policies, activities, religious programs, and liturgies. After acceptance, families complete electronic registration within 48 hours (unless otherwise indicated) and provide a non-refundable two-month tuition deposit upon registration; new families also pay a non-refundable application fee as described on the school’s application page.
