Athletics and extracurricular sports Student support / accessibility VCS states that it is committed to accessibility and has an Accessibility Plan (2023–26) intended to help identify, remove, and prevent barriers to participation for people with disabilities. The school also notes that admissions includes a student-only screening session with one of their learning support teachers. After-school care VCS does not run a before- and after-school care program directly, but it partners with Thrive Kids Club to provide after-school care on campus.
The school emphasizes a joy-based approach to learning that aims to spark curiosity through play, hands-on exploration, and relationship building, grounded in a biblical foundation. Its stated mission is to prepare students for transformation and service through excellent, Christ-centred education. Core values highlighted by the school include compassion, unity, excellence, welcome, renewal (service), and growth (supporting students’ spiritual, scholastic, emotional, and physical development).
Families are directed to start admissions by submitting an Inquiry Form (required). If a vacancy is available, the school sends an application link and invites selected applicants to interviews (including a family conversation with a principal and a student screening with a learning support teacher). If accepted, families complete an online registration package and submit a tuition deposit to secure the student’s spot; the school also offers optional school tours and an open house.
