School Culture and Expectations

The Code of Conduct aims to provide a safe and supportive learning environment so students can be successful and feel belonging as valued members of the community. It applies at school, during school-organized/sponsored activities, on school buses, and to out-of-school/online behaviour that negatively affects the school environment. The school explicitly states that racism and discrimination will not be tolerated, and it uses a restorative approach focused on reflection, responsibility, and making amends, with escalating responses for repeated or serious behaviour.
