Athletics and extracurricular sports Admissions / enrollment support KCS uses an online Enrollment Portal (SchoolAdmin Parent Portal) for applications. Families are directed to click “Apply Now” under the Admissions tab, create an account, begin the admissions process, and upload supporting documents; Admissions then contacts families to set up a time, and accepted families are invited to sign a contract to confirm their seat. The school notes that both parents/guardians (if applicable) must have their own unique Enrollment Portal accounts to sign the contract.
KCS emphasizes a Christian, Bible-based foundation as central to school life, including relationships and discipline. The school highlights core values of Biblical Foundation, Prayer, Creativity, Excellence, Perseverance, and Integrity. The school also describes an envisioned future focused on “profound belonging,” Christ-centered learning, and Christian service.
Families apply by using the Admissions tab and selecting “Apply Now,” then creating an account in the Enrollment Portal (SchoolAdmin Parent Portal) to begin the admissions process and submit required documents and forms. After review, Admissions contacts families; once accepted, families are invited to sign a contract to confirm their seat (each parent/guardian needs a unique portal account if both are signing). For help, families can contact the Admissions Coordinator (Cyndy Loewen) via the phone number listed on the Apply Now page.
