Mandarin bilingual programming Chaoyin offers a Mandarin Bilingual Program with immersive Mandarin instruction (with English used sparingly as needed), Chinese literacy development beginning in Kindergarten, regular progress assessment, and individualized learning plans (including use of the Youth Chinese Test for non-native speakers).
